biographical note: |
An urban planner and architect, local government activist, and currently an assistant professor at the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering, Lodz University of Technology. From 2013 to 2021, Director of the Municipal Urban Planning Studio (MPU) in Lodz. From 2021 to 2022, an expert at the Ministry of Development and Technology. Co-author of a number of urban studies and dozens of planning studies for Lodz, and almost one hundred zoning plans within the city limits. Along with the Municipal Urban Planning Studio in Lodz, she has received many awards and distinctions, including: Awards from the Minister of Development of the Republic of Poland for outstanding creative achievements in the field of urban planning and spatial development (2020), and two Jerzy Regulski Awards in the "Ideas" category (2019, 2017). She is actively involved in work on improving the quality of urban space in Poland. |
